Vinod qualified as a Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Teacher and also trained in Vipassana meditation at a Buddhist monastery in Thailand. He then worked in the coporate legal sector briefly before focussing his attention in the non-profit sector working with migrant workers, refugees, transgender and sexual rights, mental health and the well-being of Carers. He also worked as an animal campaigner.
His retreats consolidate these various experieces, offering guidance on bringing together a busy life with meditation practices.
Check-in from Friday 3pm, check-out after Sunday lunch 2pm
1 day mindfulness available on Saturday 10am-5pm includes lunch and tea/cake
