The workshop will offer a focus on winter as experienced by the mind, the body and the spirit. Together we will explore the impulses and energies of winter, integrating time outdoors, reflection on what dwells within us and creative expression. Story, felting, poetry, artwork and song are all on the menu for this winter workshop that will give you a chance to rest and recuperate.
The is the second of four seasonal workshops being run by Lucinda Weis, a creative arts psychotherapist. For more information about her work, please go to www.lucindaweis.com. The third and fourth workshops of the series will be Spring Awakening on Thurs 18th April and Summer Flourishing on Thurs 18th July.
Participants are welcome to arrive at 9:30am for refreshments and to take time to transition into a reflective and experiential space. The workshop gets underway at 10am and finishes at 1pm wth a cake break half-way through.
Participants are requested to bring sturdy footwear and warm waterproof clothing so we can spend time outdoors and and a warm blanket and socks/slippers for cosying up for quiet and creative time indoors.
