This workshop will use mindfulness techniques and visualisation to assist us  find a level of acceptance of change and for the differences  it may have brought to our life.  

It’s not always current change that causes upset; some of us are still processing the consequences of past upheavals which we may make us feel stuck.

 Like most things we have susceptibility to certain changes but not to others.  This workshop will also give us tools for awareness of how we cope with the difficulties of change and, hopefully, prepare us for future change as well.  

Change is unavoidable; we can only find a different way of managing it and see that in the end it may well be a catalyst for growth.  

Anne Simpson, a Quaker Healer, Registered Homoeopath and experienced course facilitator will be leading this weekend.

Course ends with Sunday Lunch, depart by 2.00pm

Breakfast is served on a tray to your rooms from 8:45am*

Lunch is served in bento boxes on trays from 1pm
