You will be helped to make a deeper connection with yourself by practising HEART-MINDfulness™ skills and techniques.
These techniques include communication skills, mindfulness meditation, movement meditation, energy yoga, inner enquiring and much more.
As well as time for meditation and deep relaxation, there will be the opportunity to enjoy creative and interactive mindfulness exercises.

Lotus Nguyen, who is a mindfulness trainer and coach, will be leading the weekend.
